Charges and Coverage Area
Mainland UK orders (excl. Scottish Highlands)

*Delivery is free for all orders over £50. Orders below £50 will incur a delivery charge of £3.95.

Non-mainland UK orders
(incl. Scottish Highlands)

For orders outside of Mainland UK there will be an additional charge for each delivery, depending on the area and size of the item:

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands,
Off-shore Scottish Islands:

Small items: £10
Large items: £45

Isle of Man, Channel Islands:
Small items: £15
Large items: £90

Overseas orders

We don't currently organise deliveries overseas. However, we're happy to deliver to a UK-based freight company on your behalf, in order for you to arrange your delivery.

Deliveries & Collections
One-man delivery

One-man deliveries (for smaller items) are generally shipped with DPD Red, and arrive in a pre-allocated one-hour time slot Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. The Product will be handed over by a single-man delivery crew, still in its packaging, which you will then need to dispose of.

Two-man delivery

Larger items are delivered with our two-man delivery service, who will place your order in your room of choice where they will also remove the packaging at your request and can take it away for recycling. They will also assemble the piece if required.

After we’ve dispatched your order, our delivery company will be in touch with you to organise a delivery date. You’ll be offered a selection of available dates, though you can also choose another day if more convenient. You’ll receive your allocated four-hour time slot before delivery. On the day, you will receive a call between 30 – 60 minutes prior to your delivery. If your plans change and you need to change the date, please let us know beforehand.

Please note that two-man deliveries cannot be left outside your house or with neighbours or children.


Make sure you examine your item(s) on arrival before you sign for them to confirm delivery.

Missed deliveries

If you are not present at the delivery address within your allocated delivery slot, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange another time slot. However, we do ask that you let us know of any necessary changes to your delivery slot in advance, where possible.

Grouped deliveries

If your order is made up of multiple products, we usually deliver each item as and when they are ready for delivery. If you would like your items to be grouped and delivered together, please contact our Customer Care team on 020 3319 6332 or care@swooneditions.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Click & Collect

With our Click & Collect service, you can have your order delivered to one of thousands of UK pickup points. You won't have to wait in for your delivery, and you can collect it at your convenience.

Most of our small and medium-sized pieces under 20kg are eligible for Click & Collect. Please note that Click & Collect is not available for furniture which requires a two-man delivery crew.

You'll receive a confirmation email or text message when your order has arrived at your chosen pickup point. You'll then have up to 7 days to collect it.

Please wait until you've received confirmation before coming to collect your order, and remember to bring your DPD Pickup pass and valid photo ID with you.

Returns & refunds

We hope you love your new furniture, but if it’s not as desired, simply contact us within fourteen working days of receipt (starting the day after you have received your delivery) for a no-quibble refund and we will organise a free collection at your earliest convenience (there is a surcharge for areas outside of the UK mainland. Non-mainland UK includes: Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Shetland, Western Isles/Outer Hebrides). Please retain packaging for pickup.

Damaged items

We are really sorry if your product arrived damaged. We do use robust packaging, but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If we have a replacement available we will exchange it for you as soon as we can, or we will offer you an alternative. Please note, you have up to 30 days from receipt of delivery to claim an exchange or replacement for damaged/faulty items.
