Head of Growth Marketing (Interim - Maternity Leave)



Leading revenue growth across the business, this role requires a commercial superstar: it’ll involve owning all digital marketing channels, deciding where to deploy spend based on ROAS, experimenting and measuring the ROI of new digital channels, devising new retail strategies to transform the revenue of existing partnerships, and ultimately developing a whole new array of growth opportunities we’ve not embarked on yet, which will bring both brand amplification and very fast payback.

Engineering

Product Engineer



We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join our team. At Swoon, our in-house Design team work tirelessly to perfect our new editions to grow our range of beautiful product, and deliver unique design with that Swoony detail to our customers. Your role is to take these design briefs and produce detailed manufacturing specifications, ready to be sent to our workshops to ensure a flawless, compliant end product without sacrificing the design detail.

Engineering Lead (PHP)



We’re looking for an engineer to lead on back office engineering and lead our external team. You’ll have a track record of solving difficult engineering problems across all parts of the business. You should be as at home describing the business value of a technical solution as building and designing APIs for front-end developers.
