About the job

We’re looking for a super bright candidate to work with us in building a Big List of Insiders. You will go out there, do whatever it takes to find the people who haven’t heard about us yet, and sign each one of them up. The Big List is core to our business proposition, and we’re aiming to grow it rapidly over the coming months. You’ll be all over affiliates, partnerships, digital campaigns and whatever other channels you need to mobilise to get us there ­ while making a huge impact on our business. You will build a team focused on delivering highly effective sign up campaigns on multiple channels and manage it.


The responsibilities

- Build and manage a stellar team of campaign planners and customer acquisition specialists

- Plan and execute a full multi­channel customer acquisition strategy

- Put us in front of the right people in the right places

- Make our list grow like it’s never grown before


The requirements

- Proven track record of building and implementing highly effective customer acquisition campaigns across digital and print channels

- Experience in managing agencies and suppliers to reach targets

- Experience in building and managing highly effective acquisition teams

- You’re interested in breaking new ground 

- You’re focused on results (we’re not fans of micro management).

- You want to turn the market upside down. 

- You’re a really nice person.
