Build world-class compliance systems

Compliance co-ordinator

We’re looking for an amazing compliance coordinator to work with us in ensuring we go above and beyond compliance and that our products are the safest, most compliant in the market. You’ll be diving deep into safety regulations and creating watertight documentation. You’ll have the chance to make your mark by building new systems for compliance from the ground up and then travel to our manufactures and get very hands on in implementing them.

It’s the kind of job that can make you loose faith sometimes. You’re going to feel like you’re doing other peoples’ work for them (which you kind of are) - but you suck it up because you know it’s the only way to reach the goal of world-class compliance. The challenges you face can feel impossible: how do you take a chair, sold to a customer of ours in Surrey, and trace the wood of the frame back to a single Mango tree in Jaipur? Other people would give up, but your thrive because creating processes with obsessive attention to detail is what makes you tick.

"This is an opportunity for you to revolutionise our supply chain, make a real difference in a growing business, and work with some amazingly smart people on projects that you own from start to finish."
