CRM person

We’re looking for a CRM person to define the way we communicate with our wonderful group of Insiders on an ongoing basis. You’ll help us figure out how we start new relationships, keep old ones passionate and reinvigorate lapsed ones. It’s an interesting and complicated task that requires a really good understanding of what makes our customers tick as well as exceptional implementation skills. You’ll be working closely with our acquisitions, e-commerce and customer care teams and will take full responsibility for your area. We’re expecting you to come in and have a real, measurable impact on our business.


You know your Cialdini inside out. Your interest in consumer psychology may stem from your academic studies, or it may be a hobby - either way it’s strong. You’re big on the theory, but aren't purely theoretical; and you’re also able to execute in a fast-paced environment with very limited resource, getting a kick from seeing the results of your actions. You’re a rare breed: 1/3 psychologist, 1/3 project manager, 1/3 analyst: You come up with the strategy, execute it and analyse your own numbers. And we can’t wait to meet you
