About the job

You will implement our working processes with factories around the world. You'll do this on the ground with the owners of the factories and our local teams. You'll make sure the wood, upholstery, construction and packaging is top notch so our products are best in the market, over and above a manufacturer's standard output.


The responsibilities

- Ensuring 100% quality to minimise returns

- On time delivery to minimise cancellations pre-delivery

- Product specifications for the manufacturers

- Product briefings for the marketing team

- Production status updates for the customer care team


The requirements

- 3+ years production experience for a high-end retailer

- Experience of dealing with international factories

- You will have shipped hundreds of containers and be experienced with dealing with challenging situations that arise from dealing with overseas factories

- Passion for interior design and furniture

- Willingness to travel frequently to Asia and Europe

- You’re interested in breaking new ground.

- You’re focused on results (we’re not fans of micro management).

- You’re able to show frequent iteration and learn on your own.

- You want to turn the market upside down.

- You’re a really nice person.
