About Swoon Editions

We’re Swoon Editions. We design, make and sell furniture, and we’re on a mission to make the world a more beautiful place for everyone.

We’re analysts, buyers, biochemists, economists, literature majors and designers - a real mix of solid experience and fresh young talent. 70% of our staff started as interns and we really believe in giving the right people great opportunities.

We're backed by some of the most reputable VCs in Europe and we’re hiring smart, hardworking people like there’s no tomorrow.

About the job

We're looking for a super bright candidate to work with us stock optimisation and procurement and sales analysis. This is the perfect opportunity if you’re interested in learning entrepreneurial skills in a successful startup or looking for a career path outside management consulting or finance. Our entire business is strongly driven by data, both big and small, so our analysts have to go beyond just analysing - they are expected to actively make recommendations for improvement and have a key role in choosing what we sell and shaping our business model.

The responsibilities

- Take care of our stock

- Help develop a new system to manage stock as we grow

- Forecast stock

- Give analytical insights on what we should sell

- Analyse sales and decide what to re-order

- Analyse LOTS of data

The requirements

- Ideally you have a background in management science - candidates in business, economics and mathematics will also be considered.

- You want to approach our challenges with fresh thinking

- You’re interested in breaking new ground.

- You’re focused on results (we’re not fans of micro management).

- You’re able to show frequent iteration and learn on your own.

- You want to turn the market upside down.

- You’re a really nice person.
