Terms and Conditions

“3 for 2” Accessories Promotion

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Swoon Terms of Business (https://www.swooneditions.com/terms). If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Swoon’s Standard Terms of Business, these Terms and Conditions will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

1.2 This Promotion applies to Qualifying Purchases (see Condition 3) made on the Swoon Website (www.swooneditions.com)

1.3 Customers who purchase three accessories (https://www.swooneditions.com/accessories) (“Qualifying Purchase”) will only need to pay for two of those accessories. The third accessory will be provided at no additional cost ("Complimentary Product"). The Complimentary Product will be the least expensive of the three products purchased.

1.4 All accessories forming part of the Qualifying Purchase must be purchased at the same time, in the same transaction (with one single delivery selected where delivery is required).

1.5 The value of the Complimentary Product does not count towards the £50 free delivery threshold (see condition 12.4 of the Swoon Terms of Business).

1.6 This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

1.7 There is no cash alternative to the Complimentary Product. The Complimentary Product is not exchangeable for cash or for any other Swoon product.

1.8 The Complimentary Product may not be exchanged or returned on its own unless it is faulty or not as described, in which case it will be exchanged for a replacement Swoon accessory product (of the same type), subject to availability. If none of the same type of accessory remains in stock, then Swoon reserves the right in its sole discretion to exchange the Complimentary Product for another type of Swoon accessory or for a Swoon gift card of a similar value.

1.9 If any paid accessory product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase is returned for a refund, then the Qualifying Purchase will cease to be a Qualifying Purchase and the Complimentary Product must be returned in an undamaged state.

1.10 If any paid accessory product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase is exchanged for any other product (other than another Swoon accessory product of equivalent value), then the Qualifying Purchase will cease to be a Qualifying Purchase and the Complimentary Product must be returned in an undamaged state. There will be no refund of the difference if a paid accessory product is exchanged for a cheaper accessory product.

1.11 When returning to Swoon a product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase you do not have to return the Complimentary Product, but if you do not do so, or if the Complimentary Product has been damaged, Swoon reserves the right to deduct from any refund due to you (or charge the payment method you used for the original order) a sum equal to the value of the Complimentary Product as determined by Swoon. The amount of the deduction/charge will be notified to you in advance. Returns to Swoon of the Complimentary Product on its own (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment to you of any sort.

1.12 Your legal rights, including all rights in respect of refunds, replacement and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described are unaffected by these Terms and Conditions. Please see the Swoon Terms of Business for more information on exchanges and returns.
